RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

What is your return/exchange policy?

Standard products that are not special production can be returned unconditionally within 14 (fourteen) days. You can find detailed information about returns and exchanges and exceptional cases where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised from the distance sales contract.

1. What to do if products are delivered damaged?

All of our products, whose production has been completed, are packed perfectly and prepared for the shipment stage and are reliably shipped to the specified address. 2. Do you provide repair service?

4. How long is the warranty of the products?

As long as the products are used and maintained properly under appropriate conditions, they are under LAGU warranty for 2 (two) years.

EXCHANGE and RETURN PROCESS

You can exchange or return any product that is not specially produced and installed.


5. How many days can I exchange or return the product?

Standard products that are not special production can be returned unconditionally within 14 (fourteen) days.

You can return the product you purchased on the LAGU website free of charge, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day you receive it from the cargo, by contacting lagu, within the return conditions. If the product does not meet the return conditions, the product can be sent back to your address.

In order for the products to be returned within the right of withdrawal, the purchased product must not be damaged in its original box and packaging, it must be sent undamaged and complete, as well as the invoice and all complementary accessories.

In order to fulfill the return and exchange conditions, the following conditions must be observed:

Models that are specially produced for you in line with your requests such as different fabric coating, foot color, size, corner direction change are not exchanged or refunded.

Products that do not fit the dimensions of your place will not be returned. For this reason, before purchasing the product, make sure that the dimensions of the product can be carried through your building, fit in your room and pass through your door.

The products for which the right of withdrawal does not apply are:

Returns are not accepted for products that cannot be returned due to their nature.

Returns must be in the original box or packaging.

Products in which their box or packaging is damaged (such as taped with duct tape, labeled, wet, worn) cannot be returned.

Returns are not accepted for disassembled products after assembly. Detailed explanations about this situation have been added to the product pages.

If there is a problem with the product you received, do not assemble it.

Personal products cannot be returned if their packaging has been opened. Products such as pillows and quilts cannot be returned because they will not be hygienic if used.

It is enough to call our customer service to return the product that complies with the specified return and exchange conditions.

6. Can I exchange or return a faulty product that has been customized or installed?

You can exchange or return the faulty product that has been customized or installed. In cases where the problem cannot be fixed within 14 days by the lagu team, you can exchange or return the product without any deduction in your payment.

7. How can I change or return my product that I received via courier?

By contacting LAGU Customer Service, we direct our shipping team to your address to get the products back until 18:00 on weekdays, except Saturday - Sunday.

If there is any product whose delivery type is 'Delivery by Cargo' among the products you receive by shipping, you can send the product back via courier during the return or exchange process.


9. When and how can I get the price of the returned product?

When the returned product reaches lagu, the necessary controls are made and the refund process is started within 3 working days. The reflection period of the refund fee on the account or statement may be 3-7 working days, but depending on the banks, this period may take up to 25 days for money cards. 10. Are there any deductions for product returns?

If the product complies with the return and exchange conditions and there is no customer-related error in the product, the shipping fee will not be refunded in the return of the products for which the cargo price has been taken. For products for which no shipping fee is charged, a shipping fee of 9 TL will be charged if the remaining basket amount falls below 150 TL. For products sent by transport, the delivery fee and service fee are deducted. Delivery and service fees vary depending on the region you live in.


11. Can I return display items?

Since the display products are extra discounted products that are out of season and installed, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

12. Can I return the product I bought with a gift certificate?

You can return the product purchased with a gift certificate. When you send it back in accordance with the return conditions, your gift voucher will be regenerated with the same limit.
