When will my order be ready?
The production time of each product is different and will be sent by the shipping method you choose after production is completed. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping options you choose and your location. Are there shipping options?
For furniture products, the transportation service within Turkey is carried out by the LAGU team. We work with reliable shipping partners for the transportation of non-furniture, decoration and other small items. If you wish, you can also plan the transportation of furniture products from our factory to your desired location. In this case, LAGU does not take any responsibility during the shipping phase.
Do you ship products outside of Turkey?
LAGU sells products all over the world and we also help you with shipping. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the negative impact of delays due to potential mishaps on our customers outside of Turkey.

When does the production of the products start?
All LAGU products are produced specifically for you, so production starts after your order is received.
How long does the production process take?
Production time ranges from 3 to 6 weeks for current collections and 8 to 12 weeks for Limited Edition and Special Collections. Delivery time is not included in these times.
Can I change the dimensions, colors and materials of the products?
We can change the size, material and colors of all our products. If you need a special customization, please contact us; We are pleased to produce special solutions for you with our design team.
